Are you looking for a simple loop to keep your dog right by your side when walking through crowded areas? This BioThane® traffic handle available in 49 vibrant colors, three width options (3/8", 5/8", and 3/4"), two length options (10" or 12"), and four hardware options (silver, black, brass, or stainless steel. BioThane® is a flexible, durable, easy-to-clean alternative to leather. Total length of the traffic handle is measured end-to-end including the swivel snap.
Note on Stainless Steel Hardware: The swivel snaps and d-rings are all made with stainless steel. The rivets are made of nickel over brass (which match the stainless steel in color) because brass is a better material for double-cap tubular rivets.
Note on Black Hardware: The black hardware is made by applying a black-coating over metal and can scratch over time.

I purchased the leash with a traffic handle at 12” for my mother’s tall Doberman mix. It is extremely durable, easy to clean and most of all easy to handle her with the traffic handle when necessary. I sprayed it with bitter apple as soon as we got it because she is a chewer of leashes if not paying attention to her. This leash looks stunning and is fully functional with her breed. My mom LOVES IT!

I bought this to extend a the strap of a shoulder bag and I'm very pleased with it. The buckle is heavy and could be too heavy for a dog, though.
